I might have just been asked the dumbest question ever. It’s even better than this one.

A user wanted to include a link in a Word document so that when the person received the document, they could click the link to go to our website. No big deal so far. Just put the web address in the Word document and it’ll be clickable.

However, they weren’t planning on emailing the document. They needed to print the document and deliver it via snail mail! They wanted to know how to do the link in Word so that when the person received the piece of paper, they could click the link and go to our website.

Yes, really!

Are they supposed to click with their finger? Is their computer on the other side of the house gonna magically turn on and go to our website?

Clueless users are always good for a chuckle. Today, I got a good laugh from this one.
